Dreamstate SoCal returns for its 11th edition, cementing its status as North America's ultimate all-trance destination. With the official lineup revealed on July 9th, this year promises an unforgettable gathering of legendary figures and exciting newcomers under the Californian sky.
2. Event Basics & New Stages

The 2026 edition features over 70 acts across 4 stages, including the newly added Long Beach Amphitheater. Additionally, attendees can look forward to a brand-new Beatbox Art Car stage dedicated entirely to featuring local trance artists.
3. Highlight: Above & Beyond's Special Set
A major draw this year is Above & Beyond performing an exclusive "Anjunabeats Classics" set. Departing from their usual format, the trio will dive deep into the label's early to mid-2000s catalog, offering a deeply nostalgic journey for longtime fans.
4. A Legendary Lineup
The roster is packed with trance royalty. Expect monumental performances from Solarstone, Key4050, Dash Berlin, Andy Moor, John 00 Fleming, Vini Vici, and MaRLo. Paul van Dyk will also present his special "The Essence Of Acid" project.
Other massive b2b sets and live acts include Ferry Corsten + Marsh, Aaron Hibell, Alpha 9 + Ilan Bluestone, JOA, Infected Mushroom, Neelix, Astrix, BT + Matt FAX, Giorgia Angiuli, Mauro Picotto, and Warp Brothers.
5. Exciting Debuts
Dreamstate 2026 also welcomes fresh faces to its stages: Ukrainian melodic techno duo ARTBAT, Italian techno producer Enrico Sangiuliano, and Belgian producer Pegassi, who is known for seamlessly blending Eurodance, techno, and trance.
6. The Unique Vibe of the North American Scene
Ever since my own entry into the trance world at the Tomorrowland 2018 mainstage, I've been fascinated by how the North American scene has evolved differently from Europe. While I haven't yet had the chance to attend Dreamstate SoCal in person, the unique rave culture cultivated by Insomniac and their dedication to top-tier production make this a bucket-list event for any trance fan.
