DIM3NSION

DIM3NSION is the recording name of Spanish DJ and producer Borja Iglesias Touceda, born 23 March 1988 and raised in the coastal Galician city of Vigo. His professional career as an electronic music producer began in 2010 when he signed to Ferry Corsten's Flashover Recordings as a bedroom-producer signing, and the Corsten mentorship has remained a through-line of the catalogue ever since. The Flashover run defines the first half of the catalogue. "Origami" (2015) and the stellar follow-up "Mangata" (February 2016) signalled the step-up that brought him onto the international circuit; the third in the trilogy, "Dopamina" (2017), became the only outside-Corsten production ever played in Ferry Corsten's Gouryella live shows, a credit that effectively marked him as the heir-apparent inside that label's editorial direction. He has also issued the Flashover collaboration "Safe With Me" (2018) with Ferry Corsten under the latter's UNITY project, and Solarstone signed his "Voorpret" to the prestigious Pure Trance label. From the late 2010s onward, the catalogue extended into Markus Schulz's Coldharbour Recordings, where he became one of the label's reliable producers — "Catorce" (September 2019) was the introduction, "Adagio in G Minor" (June 2023) was lifted onto Armin van Buuren's A State of Trance 2023 compilation, and "Ardora" (2024) with Daxson kept the run going. He also founded his own label Bemind Records, focused on melodic techno, trance and future-rave, as a platform for his own releases and signed adjacent producers. Within the trance ecosystem DIM3NSION sits in the Flashover / Coldharbour progressive lane — closer to the Corsten and Schulz editorial direction than to the FSOE 138 mainline or the Anjunabeats school. His tracks have been played out by Ferry Corsten, Armin van Buuren, Markus Schulz and Tiësto, and the Bemind imprint extends his reach as a curator of the same melodic-progressive sensibility.
