Damaged Records

Damaged Records was launched in February 2014 by British DJ-producer Jordan Suckley via Black Hole Recordings. The label was set up specifically as a home for the harder, faster, technically aggressive end of 138 BPM trance — the tech-uplifting and hard-trance hybrid sound that Suckley had been pioneering through his own production work and DJ residencies. The flagship Damaged Volume One compilation, mixed by Suckley alongside Mark Sherry, established the editorial direction from the outset. Damaged has since become a key hub for the harder side of modern trance, releasing material from Jordan Suckley himself, Will Atkinson, Mark Sherry, and many other peers in the 138 BPM hard community. Alongside Subculture, FSOE, and Outburst Records, Damaged is one of the flagship modern labels keeping the harder, faster, more uncompromising side of trance alive in the 2020s.
