FSOE - Future Sound of Egypt

FSOE — Future Sound of Egypt — began in 2006 as Aly & Fila's weekly radio show on di.fm and grew over the following years into a full-blown record label, event series, and community. The label proper was launched in 2009 and quickly became known for its uncompromising commitment to the classical 138 BPM uplifting trance sound — a stance that became increasingly distinctive as much of the wider trance scene drifted toward big-room, EDM, and softer melodic styles in the 2010s. The FSOE imprint network now includes the flagship FSOE Recordings, FSOE Excelsior (deeper progressive), FSOE Clandestine, and Future Sound of Egypt Trance. Aly & Fila's own albums Rising Sun (2010), Quiet Storm (2014), The Other Shore (2018), and It's All About the Melody (2021) all live on FSOE, alongside releases from Bryan Kearney, Sneijder, John O'Callaghan, Kyau & Albert, and many others. The FSOE 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, and 1000 milestone events have become global pilgrimage destinations for fans of the harder, faster, more emotionally intense end of trance. Few labels have built a more devoted community.
