Bryan Kearney

Bryan Kearney is one of the leading lights of Ireland's surprisingly vibrant trance scene. Born in Cork in 1986, he came up through Cork's club scene before breaking out internationally in the late 2000s with releases on John O'Callaghan's Subculture label. From the start, his sound was uncompromising — fast, hard, technical 138 BPM trance with little patience for the softer melodic side of the genre. His 2013 track "Goodbye" became a peak-time staple at Subculture and FSOE events worldwide and remains one of the era's defining tech-uplifting records. Later releases like "Pillarmid" and his collaborations with Plumb on "You Are" pushed his sound into more melodic territory while preserving the trademark drive.
